Once we receive ALL accurate information about your property, FBG Commercial will provide a FREE evaluation based on the information we received from our SELLERS page within the following 72 hours upon receipt. FBG Commercial is not responsible for any misleading or inaccurate information provided to us concerning your investment property in order to generate a favorable evaluation. In the event that we do not have enough accurate information concerning your property to produce a FREE evaluation, FBG Commercial will be in contact with you within 72 hours. All information is CONFIDENTIAL and will not be sold or used through a third party.

Once the FREE evaluation has been completed and delivered to you, you will receive the options menu of Tier 1-2-3 where you can then decide what type of service you will require. One of the FBG Commercial Team members will be in contact with you within 72h once a free evaluation has been submitted.

Upon agreement of the 72 hours offer without a brokerage contract option, a retribution agreement is mandatory in order to use our services to complete a transaction. FBG Commercial will not be held responsible in the event that an offer is not satisfactory to the seller. All offers received within 72 hours will be directly based on the FREE evaluation provided by FBG Commercial.

Once you have inputted all accurate information concerning your investment requirements, if necessary, a team member at FBG Commercial will be in contact with you within 72 hours. Once an investment opportunity is sent to your email, you will have 72 hours from reception to be in contact with one of the team members at FBG Commercial in order to submit your offer within the timeframe. Only the seller(s) will have a final say on which offer will be accepted or submit a counter offer.
